I Will Take Chances

There are times that I need to summon my courage and step out in faith, to be all in, and to take a chance. It can be terrifying to step into the unknown and out of my comfort zone, but sometimes it is the necessary way. To take chances is to allow myself room to grow. Not knowing how something is going to turn out, or if the choice I have made will prove right, is a lesson in learning to trust myself and follow my heart. The chances I’ve taken through the years, and the choices I’ve made, have not always been the best or had the greatest results, but they have always made me wiser. I have learned, that for me, taking chances usually is more about the journey than the outcome. It is walking along the unknown that has tested my courage, ingenuity and character. It is here that I have discovered much about myself. If I always stay within the confines of what I already know and what feels safe, I will never progress to my full potential. So, I will take chances to give myself the chance to discover who I truly am.
