These are non-religious spiritual books that gently take the reader into steadily expanding levels of awareness through the realization and release of old programming. Beginning with the first book, ‘I Am the Word‘, “The Guides” help us unravel and release the indoctrination, of fear, guilt, shame, blame and judgement. In the process, they teach us love, forgiveness, acceptance, understanding, and transformation.

Each book has many actionable “attunements”, (similar to affirmations only more powerful) and the prevailing focus is the release of all fear, and to focus on love above all.

I can honestly say that this work, coupled with that of Dr. Joe Dispenza, saved me. It’s not that I was suicidal, but I was on the edge of a breakdown. Stress hormones were escalating out of control and various life and health challenges, were all converging to form a perfect storm effect for a near break down.

And then I found Paul and the Guides’ books and teachings and that of Dr. Joe. Together with these and my own diligent daily efforts to get unstuck from this painful place, I was able to transform and heal it all!

About Paul Selig

After 18 years of channeling to small groups from his living room while working as a full time professor of writing, Paul’s guides said they had books to write. So Paul finally embraced his gift and this mission to become the public face and voice for the amazing teachings channeled through him, offering spiritual and metaphysical teachings.

PAUL SELIG BOOKS IN ORDER

This is an extending listing of Paul Selig book in order of publication followed by a brief synopsis of each book. I own all of the audiobooks and have listened to each one all the way through around nine times!!!. Now, I’m going through each book much more slowly and often in tandem with the Kindle versions in order to study and integrate the attunements into my daily meditation practice.

They’re not for everyone, but I love them and find them to contain powerfully elevating perspectives.

The First Trilogy – Paul Selig Books 1-3
