We’ve all heard of the Law of Abundance concepts popularized in recent times by law of attraction books AND films like The Secret. 

Earlier in the last century, it was Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill and before that, As a Man Thinketh, by James Allen. Both were landmark books in the New Age, New Thought and Personal Transformation movements. However, these revelatory works were recreations of a timeless message from spiritual and philosophical texts before that.

These books are still highly popular today, reignited by The Secret video and book. Beyond that, it’s a concept whose time has come to blossom. No longer the purview of metaphysicists, millennials, boomers and beyond are embracing this concept. But one thing about universal truths, they keep cropping up. If you haven’t read them as yet, you’ll want to.

I always go for the audiobook versions these days. While I love to hold a physical book like any book lover, audiobooks have been a live saver for my family. Our work requires so much time sitting and reading at a computer screen, that for balance, I get my “reading” done via audiobooks and podcasts while walking the dogs for exercise (for humans and animals alike), while driving, doing household tasks, and when getting ready for the day or for bed.

Still immensely popular today, especially amongst entrepreneurs, these books of vision, self encouragement and self responsibility strike a chord and have inspired many.

Many people have been programmed to think of wealth as a bad thing.

QUESTION: Which word most often precedes “rich” in the collective mind of society? We’ve all heard this meme all our lives.

“The _____ rich”.

You know the word to plug in there, right? Interesting programming isn’t it? A widespread pervasive societal meme that readily equates ‘rich’ with ‘filthy’. “The filthy rich.”

Are You Attracting or Repelling What You Really Want?

Most of us want and need more wealth rather than less. Some of us may even have grand philanthropic visions for that wealth. Some because that is our aspiration; others because we feel guilty if we aren’t “giving back”.

That’s another part of the societal meme: to feel guilty for having.

Don’t buy into it.

Money is just energy.

Whatever it is for you is personal to you, and something you’ll need to work through if you care to. What’s important is to become aware of the thoughts you harbor, mostly unconsciously, that either attract or repel whatever you seek in life.

Become aware of hidden thoughts that may be deflecting the very thing you seek to attract.

Create Abundance through Creating Abundantly and Generously

In humans, our destiny is to create… to manifest prolifically… with intention, with focus, with craft, with akamai (Hawaiian for intelligence)… and with CONSCIOUSNESS. Consciousness is synonymous with AWARENESS.

To create with intention and awareness is to create the channel for soul… for light… and for love. It is to fill your life and overflow into others.

Conscious creation is our privilege and our responsibility.

In this article on Passion to Profit, we talked about repurposing… turning the one into the many. That is taking the seed from the one tree and one fruit (one article… one video… one book… one song… one painting), and creating many things from that one. That’s what nature does.

Daily Creating Builds Abundance

Create daily and repeat. Replicate your creations and your efforts into many. Create daily, day after day, year after year, and you will have an orchard. Produce and reproduce. Then reproduce again. And again.

As with the apple tree, not all fruit make it; not all seeds. Same thing with your art. The disposed seeds and fruits of your making can be cast away as fertilizer for the better ones to come. It’s all a part of the process, and in that way, nothing is wasted.

Plant your seeds in the fertile soil of our times using the best social media platforms and other resources available. These are the the nutrients available to your seedling brand. Proliferate.

Create with abandon for abundance. It is a universal law.

Embrace Abundance with Abandon

“Be fruitful and multiply”, isn’t just about biological progeny. It is also for creators. It is also about creating (fruitful) and multiplying (planting… building legacy) as well.

The tree’s job is to grow all that it can, no matter what. That’s all it knows. That is its DNA. In so doing, the birds have perch, the squirrels nest, the fruit feeds, the leaves and roots oxygenate our world. All from the tree doing what the tree must do… can’t but do.

The trees grow… and grow… and grow. Creators make… and make… and make. Embrace abundance with abandon. Create daily.
