We’re thrilled to share iCreateDaily contributor and community member’s second published book!!! Shannon DeAnna Schofield’s first book — Perfectly Imperfect — was biographical fiction. Her second is also a biographical fiction novel, but this one is written from a dog’s point of view.

Shannon had me at the intro. From the start, you want to know more of Martin’s story. In this book written from a dog’s point of view, Shannon takes on a difficult writing challenge, even for a seasoned author, that of writing as the dog, and also including portions where she’s the one talking but it’s her voice from the dog’s point of view.

Confusing, right?!

And yet Shannon and Martin McGhee pull it off beautifully.
