Simmering fears add stress and inflammation that can boil to the surface and burn us, and often when we encounter stressful situations, which is when we most need stoic courage rather than stressed reactivity.

All who’ve achieved massive success have had to push through fears and failures again and again. Success comes from identifying our core values and living in accordance with them, keeping our commitment to ourselves, and facing our fears.
