Quotes on Fear - no storm lasts forever. #QuotesOnFear #FearQuotes #Courage #Positivity #FocusOnThePositive

It’s time for a daily dose of quotes on fear to help diffuse it. Fear saps creativity and induces stress, and usually, it’s over things we can’t change and imaginings that never happen.

When it comes to fearful events, it’s very hard not to be afraid of alarming circumstance. However, during emergencies and challenges, we need our wits—and our humanity—about us more than ever.

Panic and fear reduce creativity and resourcefulness.

Holding onto fear of what might happen is only helpful for thoughtful preparation. After that, we must let it go for peace of mind and a greater ability to move.

Elevate Your State

Amidst the fears and uncertainties pulsating alarmingly through the body of humanity right now, please consider elevating yourself and those around you. Focus on gratitude, beauty, positivity and prudence, for these have the power to diffuse fear.

If the worst case scenario were to happen next week, or in a month, there’s nothing we can do about it. However, one thing is for certain, we can change our reaction to it and the story of what that does to us. More importantly, we can change literally choose to let go the fear through acceptance of what is.

Evil Triplets Versus Angelic Triplets

Worry, Fear and Panic will not serve us. These evil triplets zap life, creativity and wisdom. Gratitude, will. Creativity, will. Love, will. These angelic triplets are our guardian angels leading the way out of fear.

Let Gratitude, Creativity and Love into your life. Release anger and resentments… arguments and criticisms. Release fear and negativity and replace each negative that pops up with a positive and a gratitude, for there is always something for which to be grateful. There is always something good.

To hold onto what isn’t, negates the potential of what is. To hold onto past hurts, is to tarnish the birth of the present.

Gratitude lightens and brightens a heavy heart.

Dwell on the Good

Let us not waste precious life dwelling on what may or may not come to pass, and on that which we cannot change.

For now, let’s focus on what’s in front of us that we can elevate and improve, beginning with our thoughts, one moment, one day at a time.

Fear and panic is the real danger. As creators, this is our opportunity to create sacred space around ourselves and our families. Let us paint our day with beauty, positivity, love and hope, and share that optimism with all whom we can.

You know that ‘glass half full’ meme? It’s time to put it to use in a big way.

Let’s batten the hatches against fear, not each other.

THE SERENITY PRAYER

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

~Karl Paul Reinhold Niebuhr, theologian, 1892-1971

Sanity and Sanctity

For your sanity, and the sanctity of your life, let go the fear and proceed with a focus on the future you’re crafting into existence, by the thoughts you hold, the actions you take and the things you make.

There is no point in dwelling on an unknown and uncertain future, the worst of which may or may not unfold. There is no benefit, but much detriment in giving way to the grip of fear.

We are creating our reality in the present moment.

The more positivity we set in motion the less the darkness holds sway.

Personal Crises

Personally, my family has been undergoing numerous crises on multiple fronts. After months of deep stress and duress, these are the lessons wrought from the fires of initiation into that next level of beingness.

These are the self-healing remedies that have worked for us. As with any skill, the more you practice the better you get at it and the easier it is to do.

No matter what… to my last day on this planet, love, faith and hope is the path I choose. No more will fear rule the day. Worry and fear is kryptonite to creativity.

For powerful tools for transforming fear and any challenge, give the boot to stinking thinking!

Acceptance Diminishes Anguish

It’s inevitable to be concerned and afraid. It’s normal for our stress hormone (cortisol) levels to rise and make it harder to relax.

But here’s the thing: while this is normal, it will not serve us. Fear of the unknown and uncertainty about what’s going to happen leads us into tighter knots of anxiety which can lead to incredible stress and panic. These emotions all shut down our highest and best states when we need that most..

The childhood lesson of not crying over spilt milk is applicable here. We can’t change what has happened, so to dwell in the past we cannot change, and to worry about a future we can’t know for sure, is emotional and mental anguish. These will not serve you.

Practice Peace

What will serve you, is to practice peace by focusing on gratitude for the good that is also in your life and in the world. Instead of sending fear coursing through your body, fill it with the peace of acceptance.

For whatever is, will not change by our not accepting it.

We do the best we can with what is, and then what is, gets better because our state of mind is better, no matter the outcome.

By focusing on the positives—the joys that are present—and identifying all the multitude of little things for which to be grateful, we flood our bodies with healing and resilience.

When we let go of what isn’t, we’re free to see the good that is.
