Choose Your Freedoms Carefully and Consciously
Today… in this era of human existence, most of us are free to choose whatever we want to eat, whenever we want to eat it.
However, if we choose foods for taste alone over nourishment, it will impinge on our freedom to be healthy. That regular frappuccino or bagel, pizza and ice cream [insert your indulgent temptations] is amazing… and it inhibits health if you choose it regularly.
You are free to not exercise. However, If you choose not to exercise, you will lose your freedom to be fit. If you choose to not be fit, then you are choosing to limit your capacity to live your life more fully. Essentially, you are choosing against health.
You will lose your freedom of movement, strength, health and vitality. You will lose your freedom to feel good about how you look and feel. Perhaps you will defend that freedom by claiming allegiance against any focus on appearance. However… appearances tend to reveal choices.

The Philosophy of Freedom
This is an interesting philosophical rabbit hole, because ultimately, while we are free to choose, the higher choices bring greater freedom. The less we choose that which is in alignment with our soul… with purpose, the less freedom we have. The less happy we become.
Conversely, the more we choose in alignment with that which supports our life… our spirit… that which lives and breathes and moves us… our reason for being, the more we grow in freedom… in happiness… and in joy.
The more we constrict that which detracts from our highest vision for ourselves, the more we become that vision. The more we become that vision, the greater our individual freedom.
